Constipation

To face to constipation, first you have to adopt some good habits in your life, as raise your portion of fibers in your diet (whole grain, dried figs, dates, prunes, dried apricots, legumes, fruit and vegetable), limit the refined products, drink a lot (water, infusion, tea), drink a big glass of water every morning when you wake up, take lactic ferments, and relax… release the tension.

To help you, you have 2 essential oils which can do miracles.

Top 1: Zingiber officinalis (Ginger)
In general, this essential oil is effective to deal with several kinds of stomach problems as indigestion, nausea or bloating. It’s a stimulant of the digestive system and the production of stomach acid, that aid digestion. 2 drops of this essential oil on the abdomen by massage can relieve the constipation. Or you can ingest one drop in a tablespoon of oil before meals.
Personally, I eat a slice of Ginger to help me!

Top 2: Feniculum vulgare (Fennel)
Work against constipation by acting on the digestive system. It also relieves from all kind of troubles from indigestion to constipation, cramps, colic, nausea, flatulence and hiccups. It helps the body to get rid of its toxins by taking action on liver, kidney, spleen and the whole digestive system. You can massage a few drops of this diluted essential oil in a vegetable oil on the abdomen or you can use it internally.
